Back to Sex is for anyone who feels disconnected from their sexuality.
No matter how long you’ve felt that way, if you want to reclaim your sexuality and erotic expression, Back to Sex is for you.
I believe passionately in sexuality and creativity as our birthright. To support people to feel more empowered and alive lies at the core of all my work.
The journey ‘Back to Sex’- facing fears and exploring new ways of being and relating- takes courage and can make us feel quite vulnerable at times. I know this well from my own journey back to sex after long periods of feeling dis-connected from my pleasure, body and my sexuality. I also know that this can be such a worthwhile journey to take!
Reclaiming pleasure and the joy of my sexuality has been the most transformational experience of my life.
You can enter Back to Sex through many doors; click on any of the doors below to find out more.

Hugs and cuddles are great for our wellbeing; they can foster a sense of belonging and help us feel nourished, safe, calm, protected, connected and appreciated- or like a participant said about what great cuddles mean to them: ‘my heart is soothed and opening, I am calm and for a moment I know peace.’
