yoni massage & yoni healing
Yoni is the Sanskrit word for vulva and means ‘sacred space, source’.
Benefits of a Yoni massage are varied and can include:
- relaxation, release of blockages, past trauma, shame, physical and emotional pain;
- increased blood flow to sexual organs which can help release hormones more easily;
- increased sensation, more pleasure, arousal, vitality, joy, feeling of safety in ones body, confidence, creativity;

- help with difficulties such as painful menstruation, lower back pain, physical pain during sex, numbness, decreased libido;
A Yoni massage session is there for your pleasure, the honouring of your sexuality, your genitals and your whole body, for your wellbeing, healing and joy.
I hold a warm and safe space where you can drop deep into your body, sensations, emotions and pleasure and embrace all that is present in the moment.
At the beginning of the session I will invite you to set an intention for your massage- this can be for healing, pleasure, clearing, honouring, joy, aliveness, acknowledging of your yoni or other intentions.
A yoni massage can be an exquisite, wonderful, magical and emotional experience. Sometimes deep emotions can emerge and be released- all feelings are welcome!
The yoni massage includes a whole body massage to first create a sense of relaxation and safety. The massage can, but does not have to include internal vaginal touch. Before any genital touch will take place I will always check in with you.
The massage is a collaborative process, in which you are an active participant: you are invited to guide me very specifically on where and how and with what quality of pressure and speed you like to be touched etc.
Your full expression of pleasure is completely welcome in the session!
There will be some time at the end of to relax and also to chat and ground; please let me know if you have any particular needs and wishes.
Ideally a yoni massage is not a one off experience. Every yoni massage experience is unique and different and with each experience there is an opportunity to drop deeper, experience more sensation, pleasure, release, freedom and connection. I recommend a minimum of 3 sessions initially to allow yourself space for a deep process.
Sessions last a minimum of two hours.
