This small group offers a safe space to explore your relationship with sex and sexuality through creative media such as paints, drawing, collage and clay, simple embodiment exercises and group discussion.
As we listen to our bodies through movement, meditation, breathing, sensing and embodiment exercises- we let messages of the body speak: in clay, in paint, in words, collage, with broad strokes, on large paper or in notebooks.
We might dance our bones, paint from the murmours of our blood, write the story of our skin, take notations from our muscles, sculpt our hearts or doodle our genitals.
Exploring in a group can help lessen isolation and foster a sense of belonging and hope. Group members can be supportive mirrors for each other, reflecting different aspects and facets of one another, pooling ideas, resources and finding creative ways of addressing obstacles.
Through group discussion we can explore meaning and symbolism that might arise in the images. Creating/ art-making allows us to express ourselves beyond words, discover more about ourselves, our desires, obstacles, values and boundaries.
Often our creations give us hints and directions about how to progress on the journey back to sex and to reclaim the joy of our sexuality.
This group is for you if you want to:
– express yourself creatively
– listen more and feel connected to the senses of your body
– gather in a beautiful setting to share the creative pieces of your soul
– spend time in a safe and warmly held environment
– uncover and explore your own art of sex
Creating/ art-making allows us to express ourselves beyond words, discover more about ourselves, our desires, obstacles, values and boundaries and exploring in a group can help lessen isolation and foster a sense of belonging and hope.
No experience of art-making necessary, only a willingness to engage with art material and openness to engage in the process.
This is a small group for women/ female identified people and non-binary folks who have been socialised as women.
Trans women are warmly welcome.

‘This course was a fantastic experience! Eva offers a gently and powerfully held space in which I felt safe, comfortable and inspired to create around sex and sexuality and shared. A very nourishing and necessary space. Thank you! ‘
‘Eva holds a safe space to share and explore intimacy through creativity. It was a real gift to myself and has awakened something beautiful in me. The space itself is very held in nature and felt like a very healing place to be. I really loved the course and am certainly curious to explore further!‘
‘This course helped me to know myself more deeply, empowered me to express creatively and fine-tuned my ability to listen to the subtle energy and urges moving inside me. Through this I feel my own sexual rhythm and am more compassionately connected to who I am.’ Abi
‘I thoroughly enjoyed Eva’s four week course ‘Creating from the Body’ in the wonderful setting of her garden cabin, which is so peaceful. A lovely group of women came together and we all painted, collaged, and did pottery in harmony. Everything you could think of was available to use to create a piece of work.
‘Eva is an experienced facilitator and holds space very gracefully. As a confidential space it meant I felt free to express myself fully. I very nourishing and enriching experience. Can’t wait for the next one!’ L.G
