About

Hi,

I’m Eva.

I believe passionately in sexuality and creativity as our birthright. To support people to feel more empowered and alive lies at the core of all my work.

The journey ‘Back to Sex’- facing fears and exploring new ways of being and relating- takes courage and can make us feel quite vulnerable at times. I know this well from my own journey back to sex after long periods of feeling dis-connected from my pleasure, body and my sexuality. I also know that this can be such a worthwhile journey to take!

Reclaiming pleasure and the joy of my sexuality has been the most transformational experience of my life.

CREATING FROM THE BODY

A JOURNEY INTO THE EROTIC & CREATIVE

A ONE DAY WORKSHOP

Experience different ways to tap into the rich ground that is our body for inspiration and authentic creating and explore how creativity in turn can support us in our unique erotic expression.

Through playful creative and embodied exercises such as working with clay, collage, mask-work, painting, writing, movement, breathwork and simple somatic/embodied exercises we will tune into the body’s wisdom and explore how we can move from connecting with our own erotic energy into ‘making stuff’.

As we sense and listen to our bodies we let messages of the body speak: in clay, in paint, in words, collage, with broad strokes, on large paper or in notebooks.

We might dance our bones, paint from the murmours of our blood, write the story of our skin, take notations from our muscles, sculpt our hearts or doodle our genitals. You might lie down on a big canvas and draw yourself in your full size and power or find the best form to express yourself in a collage, a poem or a mask.

This workshop is for all genders, sexual orientations, bodies and backgrounds.

Cost: £80, including all materials

At the Cabin in Saltdean, full address when booking.
